Magical cream
This massage cream is magical. My physical therapist introduced me to it and I got a tub to keep at home. It's great for massaging into sore muscles at the end of a long day.

I find these easy to carry with me so I know I can always take care of sore muscles! My physical therapists use the same cream. It helps me with deeply sore muscles after working out or physical therapy.

excellent to use for myofacial massage
This is the cream that my physical therapist used and it is great. Not greasy or strong scented, but it is a bit pricey!

My physical therapist changed to this massage cream and I couldn't be happier. I have had to endure physical therapy for quite some time, and my therapist was using another massage cream at first. Her nor I were happy with it as it had an almost oily/ greasy type feel. She tried Free Up and we couldn't be more pleased. Having used other brands in the past, I can tell you that I wouldn't trade it for anything. I had radiation and myBBCskin was a mess for a long time, and using those other brands were torture. The massage was a lot more tolerable once she started using the Free-Up. It feels more like a moisturizer for your skin, and that is wonderful if your skin is dry amid brittle. My skin is now always nice and soft.

clumps up quickly, totally not worth the cost
I did not like the consistency of the lotion. It did not glide, it clumped up. I used it in a hospital setting, and was VERY DISAPPOINTED!
