I am really happy with this product. It’s easy to take, gentle on the stomach, and I feel a noticeable difference after meals. It gives me more comfort and peace of mind when eating foods that usually cause me some issues. The capsules are small and convenient, and the bottle lasts a good amount of time. This has been so great! Especially while traveling. I’m plant based/vegan so it’s hard to find things to eat when we’re gone outside of breads and salads. Salads don’t normally fill me up and I’m sensitive to gluten and get really painful bloating. We’re actually heading to Disneyland tomorrow and I’m excited to take this with so I can eat the park pretzels and churros with no pain! I 100% recommend, especially if you’re someone with intense food sensitivities

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I bought it because it stated that you would be able to eat anything and it would be easier on your stomach. I have a basically healthy diet but get indigestion frequently and this product actually made me feel worse.

This supplement really helped me with bloating, especially when I eat something that’s not FODMAP-friendly. I take a capsule before heavier meals and feel so much better afterward. Super easy to take on the go, and my stomach is definitely happier.

Let me start by saying I received no free promotions. I actually use these pills and am giving my honest opinion. This is not a fake Review! I am very glad I found these. I am a female and started the dreaded M word and my body is way out of whack. I now have IBS-C, diverticulosis, fructose intolerance and the list goes on. I have been following the Low FODMAP eating plan and was still having some issues after spending so much money on ineffective supplements, probiotics etc. I ran accross these after researching articles on fructose intolerance and what enzymes "may help". I love fruit and a lot of veggies also have fructose, even some veggies that are Low Fodmap. I use 1 or 2 pills right before meals that have serving sizes above the low fodmap limit or meals that have some Hi FODMAPS. I don't bloat near as much and a lot of days not at all. I also don't have as much abdominal and back pain. As 1 of the other reviews said...I can even eat pizza. I love thin crust veggie pizza (2 pills for this meal)! So I think it helps with a lot more than fructose for me. I usually only use 1-2 pills most days because I feel bad spending the money. I bottle lasts me about 45 days. I stopped using probiotics after finding these. I eat PLAIN non-fat greek yogurt for the probiotics 2-3 times a day before or with meals instead and that has helped as well. I hope if your reading this you find what you need for your situation. Everyone is different and Stomach issues are simply the worst! Having to be so careful and afraid of eating the wrong foods, researching and spending money on ineffective supplements is exhausting so finding something that helps is a real treat.

The media could not be loaded. Not sure why the label is wrinkled? Is it a small company and they put the label by hand? Anyways, I have IBS (constipation) & I might also have fructose malabsorption, I haven’t ate sugar in 3 days and I am already seeing a huge difference… Anyways, I gave it 3 stars cause I haven’t tried so just based on the label & package but I’ll edit this review in a couple of weeks. Tomorrow I have a party and I plan to take 2 before a meal just to prevent.My symptoms are: extreme bloating, brain fog, constipation, and produce like thick saliva behind my throat.
