I did my homework for the best Liposomal Vitamin C I could find and this one had incredible reviews. I am taking vitamin C for inflammation, recovery, energy, and tissue repair. I think this brand is trustworthy and liposomes are always a better option for more effective supplementation.

My husband has terrible allergy/asthma symptoms. The extreme cold just makes it worse. We have tried so many things. After a little over two weeks of taking this Vitamin C, we are seeing improvement. He used to come in struggling for breath from the cold, and wake up in the morning coughing. There is so much improvement, I can't tell you how glad we are that we found this. I'm not saying it's a cure, and he will never need his inahler again, but for us it is a huge improvement.

This is so nasty tasting but I choke it down because I’d rather take this then another pill. This gets in my system faster.

Taste is not good. Consustency is very like water, unlike any liposomal product that I have used. Have to wonder if this product is truly what ut claims. Also highly syspect that nothing but 5 srar ratings are available to read on Amazon. Waste of $30
