Does the underside of the foam creases and and break off or fall apart after use?

No, well I only used for a few times but the foam is very thick and flexible so it returns to the original shape after you used. It hasn’t broken for the time I’ve been used it.

How does this differ from the ones on Aliexpress or ebay going for under £5?

It doesn’t ! I spent more thinking it would be a better, more reliable product but they are exactly the same (my friend bought the cheaper one and laughed her head off at me ! ) oh well we live and learn 😁

Mine arrived without instructions, can anyone tell me how to position the arms and legs for best result? Thanks

I think mine said knees bent, arms above head. Use the side with the slope first and then once you’re a bit more accustomed to it, you can use the side without the slope I.e. turn it around. I don’t find it easy to use with my arms above my head, so normally have them on my stomach or bent up with hands by my shoulders.
