It would be a beautiful gift from a father to his daughter who is 8-12 years old. I think it would not be so inspiring for an adult.

A good book to read. specially for young people. I found some interesting thoughts of nehru in this book. well written letters !

I have read this book at the age of 10. I felt I must replace this book after an unfortunate fire. I feel sorry really for the young generation now who knows TV and games and don't know the enjoyment of reading, listening and the art of conversation. What a pity for this and many generations to come. The book is interesting for all ages. I was lucky to have parents not unlike the author.
