A good product

Manganese is a trace mineral that we need a little bit of, and we dont even get that little bit very often. Ihad dislocated my shoulder in a fall and it was taking a long time to heal, I remembered reading of his long ago and taking it, it really helped recovery, my shoulder is now fine! This is without taking extra glucosamine. I am thinking all the glucosamine tablets ought to contain this in tiny amounts. Even the ones for dogs that have it- work much better for them. Really helped my 12 year old Rottweiler!

Honestly I can't tell if this product reduced my tendonitis symptoms or not. I will try a supplement for 3 months and then if I don't notice any difference I stop. A friend said it works very well for him which is why I purchased this. I trust this brand very much and try to buy supplements from them. So quality was not an issue. Just possibly the mineral.

Worth Every Penny. I started using Manganese by recommendation from my Function Neurologist to help rewire my brain and compliment all the effective work he's doing on me. So far my results have been: Increased cognition, increased mental performance, relaxed, calm, happy mood, and an energized brain throughout the whole day. Additional i noticed with my strength training an increase in performance, focus, strength, and being able to go hard every workout without muscle soreness or mental fatigue. I also have unexpectedly been able to sleep a lot better. I've only been using manganese for 2 weeks and taking 3 capsules a day; 1 capsule when I wake up, one after my workout, and one before i go to bed. Not what I was expecting from something so cheap, yet very rewarding. Everyone responds differently to supplements, so these results may not represent the norm and I would recommend doing research and talking to your functional Neurologist/doctor before starting manganese. All in all This product over exceeded my expectations and i'm purchasing more right now.

When I first started taking this supplement a few months ago, I was thrilled! I have Addison's Disease, a rare autoimmune disease. One of the side effects of the medication can be brain fog. The manganese made it so I could focus again! I was very happy until I started getting severe migraines twice a week after taking it for a few months. I'm going to give it a break for a few months, and then I'll try a different brand at a lower dose.
