Why did you choose this product over others?: I chose to buy this from Kinetik as it was supplied with a declaration of conformity. Value for money: Price is reasonable if it worked. However there was no buzzer sound when turned on as described in the user manual. Also the batteries were had small rust marks on them and did not supply voltage required. I had to use my own. Effectiveness: Don't know as decided to return device Ease of use: Looks simple
