The Struggle I have been smoking about 10 cigarettes a day for a while, and like many others, I’ve tried patches and gum with mixed results. I needed something that would hit quickly when the urge struck, especially after meals or with coffee. Speed & Effectiveness The claim that this starts reducing cravings in 30 seconds is, in my experience, 100% true. The mist absorbs much faster than a lozenge or gum. Instant Relief: The moment I feel that familiar itch to smoke, one quick spray and the craving is practically gone before I can even think about reaching for a lighter. The Results: Since using this, I have gone from smoking 10 a day to almost no cravings at all. It broke the psychological habit because I have a physical action to replace the cigarette with. Flavor (Cool Berry) I was worried the "Cool Berry" would taste artificial or medicinal, but it is surprisingly pleasant. It has a fresh, fruity, minty kick that also freshens your breath. It does have a bit of a "tingle" or burn at the back of the throat at first (which is normal for nicotine sprays), but I got used to it after a day or two. The "SmartTrack" Feature The coolest feature of this specific version is the connectivity. You can tap the canister against your phone (using NFC) to track your usage in the Nicorette app. It sounds like a gimmick, but seeing the data of how much I’m reducing my intake over time was actually really motivating. Verdict If you are a light-to-moderate smoker (like my previous 10-a-day habit) and need something fast-acting, this is the best aid I have used. The 2-pack is good value because you want to keep one at home and one in the car/pocket so you're never caught without it. Highly recommended!

Quick mist mouth spray, effective in stopping cravings, work well and a good price compared to shops prices. Good for use on the go. Make sure to follow instructions on the back of package, it shows how to open/close the mist spray and spray into mouth and not directly into the back of the throat as the first spray can be strong, but it’s very easy to use and handy to carry. I recommend.

The best value for this excellent product. Honestly, I probably would have to find an alternative if I had to pay the supermarket's prices. But thankfully Amazon has this amazing deal. As for the sprays, unlike most other oral nicotine items, the relief from a spray is felt quite rapidly in comparison to others. A minute or two is usually all it takes till your cravings subside. Just be careful not to overdo it; be patient because, unlike smoking or vaping, it isn't totally instant.

Helped me to quit smoking for good. Tried other products in the past with no effect. I’ve smoked for 24yrs and this has helped me to stop for good. Takes off cravings quickly. Spray to the side of your mouth and leave for a minute before swallowing.. Great tasting too. If you’re wanting to stop smoking this is the product for you. A good price if you consider how much you spend on smoking itself. I also purchased a stop smoking necklace which takes off the distraction with your hands and makes your body think you’re smoking when it’s just air. Whilst the spray takes off the cravings the necklace takes your mind off the habit. You can also follow your progress via an app.. All in all a great buy.

Here’s a personal story about quitting smoking that might be helpful to others. Around 11 years ago, I used QuickMist to stop smoking, it took just over a week. Never smoked again. That was until, about six months ago, I made the mistake of picking up the habit again - after I was offered a cigarette or two at a wedding. It didn’t take long to realize that smoking wasn’t financially sustainable (the price of a 20-pack used to be around £7-9 back in 2013, and it's about £18 now) and was taking a toll on my health. I decided to try QuickMist again, and this time it worked even faster. In just two days and with only four sprays, I was able to quit again - It's been about 2 months. Spray it into your mouth and it does something horrible to your mouth and throat with satisfies your craving. It can be a very unnerving feeling the first few times you use it but once you're over it, it's remarkable how quickly it works. One piece of advice: I wouldn’t recommend buying the double pack unless you’re sure you’ll need it—I found that one was more than enough. Also, the SmartTrack feature seems unnecessary, and the app (at least on iPhone) isn’t user-friendly enough to be worth using. If you're trying to quit, QuickMist could be an effective option.

Great flavour and easy to administer. Only issue is I ended up using it more often than smoking towards the end as it was easier to use than smoking as I could do it anywhere. . So ended up going cold turkey after 6-9 months of using nicotine replacement therapy products... This was by far the best out of the others I tried... Gum... Patches... Lozenges ect
