They run large 65% poliester 35% cotton, not wrinkle free. For Casual wear.
I wear a size M fit build 5' 7" 170 lb. I order a S size, it worked-out fine for my fit build. A normal size may work as well if you are sporting a beer belly or love handles, if that's the case one size up may do the job. Because of its thin material I would recommend hand wash only, I don't think the material would last long for daily wear it that's what you are looking for.

Small for perfect
I usually order a medium or even a large, but the site recommended small. I am 5'11", 155. I took the chance because the small size was on sale for $10! It fits perfectly and is very comfortable. Only wish it had a shirt pocket.
