Will this fit a 463335517 model?

I don't know it fits that model but I wouldn't recommend it. Does not work with the electric ignition no matter which tube or ignition wire I tried.

Does this kit come with the cotter pins to secure the burners?

Yes. There is a little ziplock bag with the cotter pins and screws.

Will the burners fit a Kenmore?

U have to google the kenmore brand with model number to be sure
