The adapter works largely as it should; however, it may not eliminate all of your monitor wobble depending on the application. In fact, the ONLY way I personally could eliminate all wobble was by mounting the monitor onto a wall bracket. Due to the questionable design of this particular Dell monitor, I could not get the monitor to mount satisfactorily on any mount connected to my desk. Again, I think this is clearly the fault of the monitor design, not the Gladiator Joe adapter bracket, hence the full, five-star review.

Awesome sturdy mount holds the SE2717H fine... It's not the fault of the mount but it pokes out just a bit under the monitor but I have gotten use to it. A minor complaint is the wobble from a small touch. But again it's the limitation of the snap in mount from Dell

Worked as advertised I was able to attach my dell monitor to my monitor arm and I've been using for several weeks now. Note there is some flex when moving the monitor so I tend to handle the arm itself instead of grabbing the monitor to adjust the position. $30 seemed steep for a stamped piece of metal but this was the best deal I could find and I didn't want to scavenge the part from the monitor stand in case I wanted to use that in future. Does the job.

I needed to mount my two Dell consumer displays on a wall-mount standup desk. Sadly, Dell doesn't put VESA mounts on their consumer displays. I found these on Amazon and am super happy with them - perfect fit, easy to install, VERY sturdy!

This VESA mount adapter looked really promising, but it has a fatal flaw: the VESA mount part of the adapter isn't in the center of the monitor, which causes significant droop (downwards tilt) of the display when attached to a monitor arm. I'll be returning it for a VESA adapter that just grips the whole screen instead. :(

The adapter itself is made wonderfully. This monitor is simply not made for mounting in this way. Hopefully you still have time to reconsider your monitor purchase before getting to this point if mounting is absolutely necessary. When mounted with this adapter the monitor is fairly stable on the bottom where most of the weight is but that is where ALL of the support is unfortunately. Any time you even take a step near it you will see the top begin to shake, it is clearly quite unstable.

Quick installation, and does exactly has advertised. I absolutely recommend this product.

I bought this for my dell SE2717HR. it slides in ONLY half way because of a huge design flaw. This makes the display wobble and will eventually have the monitor fall off and break the plastic on the monitor. If you look at the sides of the stand you are removing from your monitor, notice the two straight pieces of metal on the side that enable it to slide into this monitor all the way. now look at the picture of the Gladiator , there is NO two side bars on it where they should be and the 2 lower bars it has would never work also cause they are angled and in wrong spot. so it stops it from going in the monitor all the way for the support the stand had when it used a base. which is all the way in . i bought the Humancentric one and if you look at the pic, its completely different on the sides and it slides all the way in. i called the company to tell them it was designed completely wrong and they didn't seem to care, Maybe it works on other dell monitor models, i don't know, but it is certainly not the right design for my model. HORRIBLE!!!!!!

J'ai acheté ce produit afin d'avoir mon moniteur Dell attaché sur mon support d'écran VESA. J'ai une écran LG attaché directement sur le VESA Mount mais lorsque je place mon moniteur Dell avec l'adapteur, les écrans sont vraiment décentré l'un de l'autre. La raison est qu'un VESA Mount sur un moniteur est habituellement centré à l'écran et l'adapteur vendu ici est un adapteur et n'est pas centré (plus vers le bas du moniteur). En gros, le produit est très bon et très solide mais acheté seulement si vous avez UN moniteur a attaché sur un support d'écran simple et non pour un double/triple.

vesa非対応のdellディスプレイを対応させる商品。ディスプレイアームのマウント部をネジとナットで止めつけるのだが、ナットを締める(抑える)スパナが付属していないため、ネジが空転してしまうので、別途用意が必要。小さいナットなので用意はこのためだけになる可能性大。
