It is incredibly handy having so many masks at the ready. I wish the straps were a bit longer because they have a tendency to sometimes untie if you move around too much. But the masks are comfortable and wash nicely. They were slightly smaller than I expected but they fit fine on all of the adults in the house.

These are really nice masks, easy to breathe through, three layers, including 2 cotton layers. The ties are sufficient, even for a large male head. First thought is usually why tie straps, as opposed to ear loops. While the ear loops might be more convenient, the straps absolutely allow for a better, and more importantly, a more comfortable experience. - The ear loops become uncomfortable after a while, pulling on the ear cartilage, which isn't a problem with the tie-straps. If you're putting your make on and off during the day, the straps are also the way to go. Leaving the straps tied, just swing the upper straps over you head, and allow them, and the mask to hang down on your chest. Ready to put it back on, just pull it back up over your head, and it's on. - Self storing, no need too carry it, stuff it in a pocket, or set it on a potentially contaminated surface. If they added a bendable soft metal nose piece, they be absolutely perfect. I have some nose strips, and spread the material along the top, and push them in, making the mask perfect for eyeglass wearers, to prevent fogging the lenses. These marks are probably some of the best we've purchased, since the start of the pandemic. - Oh, and they can be washed without shrinking to little kid size.

I bought these because I wanted a bunch of masks to have on hand in multiple locations, work and car etc., so that I could change my mask often and avoid some of the skin complaints that come along with prolonged mask use. This set was cheap, met CDC guidelines for 3 layers, incorporated cotton and polyester material (which some studies indicate is more effective for infection prevention), and had ties, so it hit a lot of points for me. I like ties because it avoids putting pressure on my ears (especially because I am a glasses wearer), but also because I can untie one set of ties when I’m by myself to take the mask off, but still have it close by without setting it down on a possibly contaminated surface. Overall I am pleased with this purchase with small ideas for improvement: 1. The cotton side and the polyester side are the same color. So if the cotton side being close to your face is important to you, that might be a slight inconvenience. 2. No nose wire in the tie version of this mask, so glasses do fog up. 3. Ties are a little short, so if you have a LARGE BRAIN it might be a little awkward to tie. So, not the ultimate best mask of all time ever, but a strong choice for a very good price if you need a whole bunch. Good stitching, hold up well in the washer. Also, the dye does leach a bit, so be careful if you wash a lot of them at the same time with lighter colors and you have the black set of masks.

I have been wearing these for about 3 months now, and I only use about 4 a week so the full amount of them last a long time. Here's what I have found so far... Pros: - Affordable. - Quite a lot in a package, great value. - 3 layers with polyester on the outside and soft (flannel feeling) cotton on the face side. - Easily washable (I use a mesh zipper bag to keep them from clumping/knotting in the wash). - Sizing from over the nose down the neck is great coverage. - *** After buying another parties metal nose clip, you can work it down the nose loop to allow for a closer fit. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DOING THIS! Cons: - Stitching is a mixed bag (literally), but usable. - Sizing is on the very narrow side (ear-to-nose-to-ear) and feels like the elastic on the sides do not make a solid seal. - The tie straps are about 4" short (6cm or so) from being long enough to be solid and usable. I've had to rip about 4 masks off my face/cut them because I can't find the tail of the bow I tie. Mixed bag... - I have a larger head, and as such the over the ear masks tend to hurt after prolonged use. I found and purchased these because you can "set" the ties when you first put them on and they can stay all day while still being comfortable and in place (I used to weld before web development, so these vs a welding mask is no problem). That being said, they are not a "fast on and fast off" mask. They are really for long-term use/wear only.

My family loves these masks. First we bought the 48 pack of white ones that tie. They were amazing, except my husband had a problem with them. He is a mechanic and didn't want to wear the white ones. Even though I could bleach them when he got home, he just didn't like walking around with black fingerprints on them all day. So we started looking for packages of black masks so that he would have several pairs. When we found that Glidan was selling the ones we love so much in a black style, we knew this would perfect for him. They are so soft and thick enough to feel confident that you are protected. He wears his 8-12 hours and day and said he forgets sometimes to take it off when he's headed home. He purchased the style that ties because he thinks it works best for him. It doesn't hurt his ears like the loops do and he doesn't have to worry about losing the mask, he pulls the top tie over his head when he is able to remove the mask from his face. This way it stays securely on him, hanging around his neck so he can quickly pull it back on when needed.
