Fits my 3 year old and has an adjustable strap at the back to make it bigger or tighter, he loves it. Good quality seems quite sturdy so should last.

Fits well, print is a bit low quality
Hat fits well and my son was chuffed with it being Hotwheels, but the quality of the printed image is quite poor which is a little disappointing. OK if you are buying for your own use/ child but would not buy as a gift as it does look cheap.
