The adjuster barrel has many full rotations of adjustment (~12 turns) so that you can really dial in the lever to trigger your dropper post. My main complaint about this lever though is that it is made completely out of plastic; and due to its plastic construction, I think it will likely break in the event of a single crash that results in this level hitting the ground of surrounding environment. i72 claims the lever will be protected by your handlebars but I've absolutely hit my gear shifter lever before in bad crashes. At it's current list price of $30, I simply don't see this as being a good value product.
