My doctor recommended it .It is easy to swallow and I feel less bloated all the time .I will purchase my second bottle soon .

With some weight loss and dietary changes, my reflux was actually getting somewhat better before I started taking this. Still, I wanted more improvement and since starting this, all other things the same, my reflux has actually reverted back to being pretty bad. So at best, it certainly hasn't helped my reflux. At worst, it may have made it worse. Also, like some other reviewers, I noticed that I was waking in the middle of the night and staying awake for a couple of hours and it was due to this product.

Soothing to the insides when digestive upset/ leaky gut occurs.

I'm not saying this product is ineffective because I've only been taking it for two weeks, but so far, I feel no better. The taste is okay, the pill size is a bit large, and my energy level has been poor (I doubt this is related to this supplement). If you're looking for an immediate fix, then look elsewhere. I would return these if I could because I want to focus on healing my gut with food instead of supplements.
