this is the second time I bought these. I love these there’s different ones in there. You mix a man and they’re not tough or chewy. They taste fresh and considering most of these you cannot get in your grocery store and you have to special order them. It’s nice that they’re all in one like this or we can just open up up to man and it’s nice that they smell and taste like mushrooms I wouldn’t mind a bigger size because I like the mushroom so much but with how easy these are to use to open the dump I’m going to be getting these unless they get a bigger size then I’ll go up one Definitely something to keep in your shelf in your pantry

I ordered before I realized that there were no cremini mushrooms in this mix. However, this was easy to reconstitute, and I use them on top of a pizza and they were delicious.!

Great taste and good texture

Perfect for so many soups and casseroles! Yummy.

Most of the mushrooms hydrate well, but I found that there were some tougher/chewier pieces that put me off - even after soaking and cooking. I don't know what kind of mushroom it was (the flat pieces were flat and dark), but it was similar in color to a portobello mushroom cap. The texture doesn't work for me and, sadly, ruins a dish unless the mushrooms are completely pureed. The other types of mushrooms in the mix were tasty.

Way more Oyster than others, though that may vary seasonally. But if you look at the price of just Oysters, this is still a good deal. And, they are tasty. I use these differently than most probably do. I use my food processor to chop them into bits about 1/8" in size, but that does leave some more powdered residue, so I use a strainer to separate the powder and put it in a spice jar and put the larger bits in a larger container. I use the larger pieces in all kinds of stuff, but especially meatloaf and Salisbury steak for flavor and as a non-bread filler. The powder I add to gravy. The powder can really make a difference in some foods without a noticeable change in consistency. It even elevates Hamburger Helper stroganoff. Just be sure to add when there is time for it to absorb lots of liquid.

Unusual but delicious! I take them for my hiking and backpacking trips.
