I’ve got these for the Mrs house, although I think she has lovely thick hair. She’s always complaining that she feels it’s thin. Anyway, she’s been taking this for a while now and there definitely seems to be an improvement as her hair does look fuller. I’ll try it myself as biting is also good for men. Unfortunately my hair went a long time ago and once it’s gone it’s gone. I’m thinking about ordering it for my boys as well, although there’s nothing wrong with their hair, but if they take after me they won’t have much left when they get to my age. I’m wondering whether these things are any good as a preventative measure that’s my own speculation. I might know anything about that for at least another 20 years. So it’s unlikely I’ll be updating this review further as I need to be dead by then or will have completely forgotten. But to get back to the Mrs as she is very happy with them, so that’s a plus for me.

Avoid!!! I don't think the product is even legal because nowhere mentions the ingredients- even when I peel back the label I can't see any information! There was a safety seal which is nice but it's pointless to have one if I don't know if the pills are safe to digest

Biotin vegan capsules, plant based, to give you a B7 vitamin boost. But there is very little real information on the pack and it is quite expensive for two months supply. I reckon you would have to use this long term to be able to judge the benefits for hair and nails. It also makes lots of other claims about efficacy for skin quality, tiredness etc which seem a bit far fetched.

I'm going to start with my research also known as Sesbania Grandiflora or vegetable hummingbird, Sesbania Agathi is a small branching tree that belongs to the Sesbania genus and Fabaceae family. All parts of this tree, from its seeds, leaves, and fruits to its flowers, are edible and have vital benefits. What’s more, Sesbania Agathi is a good source of calcium, phosphorus, vitamin A, vitamin C, and of course, Vitamin B7 or biotin. 1. Thickens hair Biotin or vitamin B7 is known to stimulate keratin production and enhance the rate of follicle growth. It strengthens your hair and makes them thick over time. However, to witness thick hair, you need to administer a biotin supplement regularly. 2. Improves Skin Biotin impacts your skin in different ways. For instance, studies state that biotin may help improve acne (comedonal) that otherwise lead to blackheads. It’s also known to control irritation and skin flaking, which is caused when you take medications to deal with acne. What’s more, biotin helps improve the production of fatty acids that nourish your skin, and thus improve the overall skin texture. 3. Strengthens Nails Along with helping with your skin and hair health, biotin also helps with your nails. According to some studies, consuming 2.5 mg of biotin supplement for six months enhanced nail thickness by about 25%. Also, biotin is known to reduce nail breakage and prevents them from splitting. What’s more, research says that oral biotin can help treat nail diseases. 4. Helps Rebuild Tissues Biotin, being a B vitamin, is known to rebuild your body’s muscles and damaged tissues. It ensures the growth of healthy tissues and also removes inflammation from joints and muscles. What’s more, biotin relieves your body from aches. 5. Helps Prevent Birth Defects Biotin is crucial for a healthy pregnancy. It helps with embryonic growth and ensure healthy birth. However, its deficiency in pregnant women can lead to birth defects in newborn babies. So, make sure to consume the required amount of biotin each day. 6. Improves Metabolism and Provides Energy Regular biotin consumption can help improve and regulate metabolism in your body. Also, biotin uses proteins, fats, and carbs and converts them into energy that your body needs for day-to-day activities. The thing about this is the dose is rather low 2,500mcg I normally take 10,000mcg and max I ever took was 12,000mcg I missread this thinking it was 12,500mcg which would have been cool to take cause I don't mind doing high doses of Biotin, my hair gets thick and strong when I take it for 10 months every day with food. Problem is with this one is only 2,500 The taste of the capsule is a bit on the synthetic side, and the quantity is really low for that 2,500mcg. I would have expected 1 year supply for that dose as these things do take months to notice difference in skin hair and nails. Excipients are things like colouring agents, preservatives and fillers, doesn't say exactly what's in this though. Makes me wonder and wonder some more. Ambrosial are kind of new to the market I think, and they need to sort these things out to be fully transparent with ingredients, and get the right dose and quantity up for the 11.66 value, that this is. As right now its not upto scratch compared with others I have used. The good thing is I think at least it doesn't have magnesium stearate, no synthetic fillers or binders,no chemical additives but who's to say it doesn't? I can't really tell nor prove it otherwise. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt since the dose is low, typically low dose products do have natural ingredients in them, and they say it doesn't have those nasties. A 2 or 3 star product that is let down by lack of quantity vs strength of dose. This product is supposed to be Vegan, and possibly because of that has lower doses of Biotin than other sources. Fun fact- Taking Biotin for a minimum of 6 months to 12 months should show you the results you want. If it doesn't its not real biotin, and or there is a problem with your health.

Cannot, for the life of me, understand why this is advertised and targeted for women only....!! I have been taking Biotin tablet supplement for a couple of years now to counteract hair loss - which (in my case) they certainly do. This product pack gives two months supply of easy-to-swallow, vegan tablets and offers a slightly larger dose of Biotin than I have been taking previously. I assume they are as equally-effective as my previous tablets but am rather surprised by the higher price of this brand. Recommended if you suffer from hair loss or thinning.
