Excellent for the price
I can't believe I was able to get a decent Samsung smart watch for so cheap, refurbished or not. I actually really like this. My previous smart watch was a Samsung, so I knew basic stuff about how to/what to. The watch did come with a quick start guide and a charger, both very nice to have. It has all the same bells and whistles I was used to, plus more. I actually used the flashlight feature last night while my tiny was sleeping so I could move around without turning a light on, and that worked great. The battery isn't too bad for my purposes. I got 2 days out of it, but I tracked steps and sleep only. I did blood oxygen, and that depleted my battery pretty quick, but I just wanted to see what it was like. Neat feature, but not one I need. Anyway, it's on par with what my non-refurbished old watch used to get, so I'm very happy about that. The battery was dead when it arrived, but I got it charging and used my phone to do most of my set-up while it juiced. The other nice thing was a lot of my stuff transferred from my old watch to the new, so I didn't have to add back my alarms and stuff. That was swell. I also like that the watch can do sound alarms, and they're not super annoying or obtrusive. All-in-all, good watch. Happy I took a chance on the refurbished. And the size is just perfect for me, too. I did manage to scratch it already (I just got it this past weekish), but I have a toddler and I'm a klutz, so that's probably my doing anyway. I would like to suggest NEVER taking it swimming, or even in the shower, even though there's tracking for swimming and a "water lock". That's how I killed my old watch. It had/was the same that way, and now I'm just super distrustful of any watch that claims you can go swimming with it.

Still ticking
I've had this for a year and it's still going. It paired well with my Samsung Flip 5. All the features worked and is easy to use. I was able to charge it with my Active 2 charger with no problem. The quality of the watch was perfect. The only thing is I noticed that it requires charging quicker. A full charge last about 13 hours

Great for the price, can't pair it with my car Bluetooth, but easy to pair with Samsung phones.
I've had this for about 9 months, it seems like the battery itself is losing the ability to hold a charge for longer than a day. I am finding myself with it dead, before I even notice, wish there was a beep or some sort of notification within the WEAR app that told me it was under a certain %, I am sure there is, but I am unaware. For the price it is a great purchase, I initially bought it to track my swimming and it works perfectly for that. It paired well with my Samsung S21 and now S22. features worked and is easy to use. I was able to charge it with on my laptop or other wall charger – note I have not noticed the battery duration with either charger. charger with no problem. The quality of the watch is good, the white band does tend to discolor with sunscreen/chlorine use. I have bought replacement bands but haven’t put them on yet. The only thing is I noticed that it requires charging quicker. A full charge for me lasts about 8 hours.

It really looks like it's never been worn!
To watch arrived in a like new condition. It didn't appear to be ever worn. No instructions were included, but we figured it out fast enough with the Samsung app. It works like a brand new watch out of the box. it's doing everything is supposed to do.

Horrible product
Don't buy unless you want to buy another right after. The battery installed is either garbage or replaced with a complete garbage. Won't hold a charge with power save mode on for more than 3 hours. The watch itself was scratch and banged up pretty bad. Believe the refurbish consisted of putting a cheap band on and selling it.

My first smartwatch... will it be any good?
While reading the reviews here, I honestly was slightly discouraged. But in researching a possible smartwatch I purposely looked this model up and seeing that it takes some tinkering to get the battery life to last, I decided that I'd at least try this one renewed in excellent condition and just see if it would be what I was looking for. It arrived about a day and a half after I ordered it and was in surprisingly as good as new condition. I did a hard reset to wipe anything on it as soon as I charged it fully. In doing that I had to update the watch to current wear OS and UI updates. Then just loaded the apps that I believed would be the most useful for me. I don't need the watch to monitor my health in 5 different ways constantly going on in the background...so I only manually use those features when I need them. Since I have only had the watch just a few hours, I couldn't give a full review just yet. But from the optimizations I put on the watch, I feel optimistic that it will perform fantastically...but will report back and give a final review update after a couple of weeks. But initially I'm impressed. So after a full week of use it seems to be a really good purchase. If you're on the fence about buying a smartwatch, give the excellent condition refurbished one a try. Now don't expect to be able to have a bunch of complications and everything turned on 24-7. You'll drain the battery down to nothing in 4 hours if you do. Just turn on exactly what you need. If you really turn down the settings, you'll get a couple of days before a recharge. With my use, I recharge it every night for an hour or so to top it off for the next day's use. I did use it once overnight to monitor my sleep and it did just fine. Usually when completely drained it takes about an hour and a half to fully charge.
