Q: Is the safety data sheet on the product available?

There may have been a safety data sheet included, but if so, I only keep product information long enough to read operating instructions. I will add however, that it shipped in a pkg labeled something like "risk of fire. contains lithium battery."

Q: Is there a Mode Memory, or if I turn it off in low will it power back on in the irritating strobe?

No clue why yours does that. Turns in to illuminate mode all the time when I turn it on. No strobe mode.

Q: When light is on. Will 1 presnof button turn it off?do all modes have to be gone through before lightshuts off.

You have to go through modes. I believe 4 pushes. It's not hard or a big deal. The light is worth it to me. I love it!

Q: What replacement battery does it take ?

I have never had to replace a battery only continue to recharge it==I have 4 of the lites and have one on most of 2 days at a time --I love this lite
