Its more fluid than serum
It seems like serum but when you press to add you feel it like water. I havent seen any significant improvement yet. 3 weeks passed.

I bleached my hair and went to cut the ends. I still have some hair remaining that was bleached so I really don’t want my ends to end up being so dry again. I’ve only used this twice and used one pump on my hair after towel drying it. And when I either air dry or blow dry it, it leaves my hair really soft and healthy. Love it!!
