I can't explain how much of a miracle this stuff is. I've been to naturopath docs, chiropractor, and masseuse (refuse to take Big Pharma crap) for my debilitating joint pain for past 2 years. On a whim (after reading a book about it), I ordered this cream. Within 3 nights of applying 1/8 tsp twice a day, I was not tossing and turning with my terrible knee pain. It almost 100% vanished. Ummm this stuff might be magic. If you suffer from insomnia issues due to menopause, give it a try. It was delivered and used for the first time yesterday. I gotta say I had a solid six hours of uninterrupted sleep. I cannot remember the last time that happened, maybe 5 years or more.

Over the past couple of months, I had been noticing some very odd symptoms which scared me because I thought I had an undiagnosed disease. My heart was racing, I felt pins and needles all over my body, achy legs, smelling smoke several days a month - even my teeth would hurt! I scheduled a doctor appointment because I was convinced something was terribly wrong. It never dawned on me that it could be perimenopause. I always thought menopause happened in your late 40s to 50s and I am still in my 30s. Well, my dr. appointment was not soon enough and I was desperate. After much research, I decided to try this cream to see if it worked. After the first application, I felt a difference almost immediately. I continued to apply it daily but one week before my period I started to experience anxiety, mild palpitation, and a tingling feeling all over my body so I started on an herbal formula with black cohosh, dong quai, etc. I felt like myself again and stopped using the cream as instructed two days before my expected period. The instructions say only to use it for 14 days per month. I noticed about 4-5 days after stopping I felt like I was about to have an anxiety attack which I took some motherwort but it only helped mildly. Once again, I looked online to see if some women may have to take a shorter break when using this cream and I found information that stated on the 5th day during the cycle some women have to restart the progesterone cream. Immediately, I applied the cream and 15 minutes later it felt like a calmness had come over me. Needless to say, I will never be without this cream again! I am also going to change my eating and exercising habits because women transitioning into menopause have specific needs that go beyond cardio exercise and what we typically view as 'eating healthy' in our 20s does not apply at this stage in our lives.

I used the regular Female Balance Therapy cream for a month and felt amazing- bloated, fluffy feeling and sluggish energy gone! I went to reorder and it was discontinued for sale here, so I purchased this instead thinking it would be the same. Not at all! I used this for 1 and 1/2 days (3 applications), and even by the end of the first day I could feel the bloated feeling coming back, like extra weight around my belly and inner thighs and was SO irritable. I was starting to feel exactly how I felt before taking progesterone cream at all. I'm mid 40s and in early perimenopause, so maybe the added estrogens were just wrong for my situation, but I hated this cream and it's non-returnable. :(

Had to write a review because this cream actually works! So I bought this progesterone cream to lengthen my luteal phase. It was 11 days long and during the second cycle of using it my luteal phase went to 13 days! The first cycle it needed time to adjust with my body but the second worked amazing! Very glad I could buy this off amazon without prescription or outside help. Highly recommend!
