My daughters had been asking for these for months before I gave in and bought them and am so glad I did! Super easy to install, fabric is so soft and stretchy and provides hours of entertainment while also providing a pretty good workout. They even use them as hammocks sometimes to read books or watch movies. Great product!

I bought the HEALTHYMODELLIFE PINC Active Silk Aerial Yoga Swing & Hammock Kit for my daughter after she watched a bunch of YouTube videos of girls doing silks. She was so excited to try it, and I’m happy to say it hasn’t disappointed! The kit comes with everything needed to get started, including sturdy silks and a reliable set of mounting hardware. It was easy to set up, and the silks feel durable and comfortable. My daughter loves how soft they are, but they also provide the support she needs for different poses and tricks. She’s been practicing almost every day since we set it up, and she enjoys the challenge of learning new moves. It is setup outside and we live in a very humid climate, so they can start to mildew if not washed regularly. We wash it maybe every other week. Overall, I’m really happy with the purchase. It’s a great way for my daughter to stay active, have fun, and build strength, and I highly recommend it for anyone interested in giving aerial yoga a try!

This swing is such a great value for its cost! It is so fun, nice, and relaxing to swing on or just chill in. I have adhd and love to have this little Nook for me to hide away! Very comfortable and quality fabric! It's been about 5 years since I got it and it has a couple tiny tears but nothing worth mentioning. Hope you find this review of use!

I wish I had one of these when I was a kid. My daughter has had so much fun learning tricks on this thing and just lounging in it. The quality of the fabric and its stretchiness is amazing. The color is as expected. It is extremely long, which gives you the ability to use it as a swing or do tricks on it. It was super easy to install. We did have to purchase some mounting hinges to hang it from the ceiling but overall I would purchase this again.

I love this yoga swing. It is the first I’ve ever used so I’m especially glad it came with the usb with info on set up and an aerial yoga class. I wasn’t sure I’d feel safe and could trust the ropes and silk, but once I felt the quality of every part of it I gave it a try and I’m sold. I love the workout: the strong, but soft, silk fabric holds up beautifully and inversions have become a great addition to my yoga routine. I’ve also used it as a relaxation hammock. There’s enough fabric to surround you and hold you in a cocoon enabling you to practice relaxation, meditation or mindfulness exercises with little distraction. I definitely recommend this purchase.

I purchased this for my 8 year old's room, to facilitate sensory integration and give him his own regulating space back after two years of sharing a small space with his grandmother and I. He is happy as a clam. He swings, flips, and cocoons away and I have a much more emotionally regulated human in my midst. I'm working on making my space a similar environment, so we can be happy humans simultaneously.

Best price for a good quality silk. My girls are on this all day. They said compared to others, it’s comfortable and doesn’t hurt their skin.
