These lift insoles fit well in my men’s size 10.5 tennis shoes. They are very comfortable, and the cushioning feels great with each step. The slope from the heel to the arch is fairly steep and only extends a few inches, which contributes to the overall fit and comfort. This design allows the top of the shoe to sit naturally across the foot without feeling tight. In lace-up shoes, it also prevents the laces from appearing stretched apart, which can be a giveaway when someone is wearing lifts. The slight indentation at the heel helps keep the insole securely in place under the heel. Compared to other insoles I’ve purchased in this price range, the value cannot be beat. I haven’t found any that perform as well as these.

Doesn’t look good took 80% of the space in the shoe it’s not even comfortable and the quantity is not good

Great products however after a couple months of use, it compresses and loses its height gain.

Fits well in nike air force one, vapormax, and air max. Dosent fit well in yeezys or addidas nmd. Any shoe where there is no support at the base of the heel it will move around in. It needs a base on the heel to push up against. I got the one inch.
