Review: High-Quality, Easy-to-Use Alarm Clock with Extra Features - This clock is great, as I already knew from using an identical model in several hotel rooms I have stayed in. I love how small the footprint is on my nightstand, and the extra AC and USB outlets are a big plus. The clock itself couldn't be simpler to set and use, and the three brightness levels give me all the flexibility I need. I have not yet tried the Bluetooth speakers for playing music, but the "guitar" alarm tone that plays through the speakers sounds great, and I like the gradual-wake feature that starts at a lower volume and gradually gets louder. I would be able to hear it whether or not I am sleeping with earplugs in. This clock was worth the price.

**Q: Can the background light be dimmed?**
A: Yes, you can dim it, however, even in its lowest level, it is too bright in the dark to leave on when going to bed. This applies to the white CubieBlue only because it has a white background. The black model does not have this problem because the background is dark. I first used the black one at a Marriott hotel and liked it so much, I purchased one, but in white. If I would have known the difference with the background light, I would have purchased the black one.

**Q: Will it work for android and apple products**
A: It works with Apple products

**Q: Can you use two cubbies together from one Bluetooth device (iPhone) and play the same music through both at the same time?**
A: I don't know the answer to that, sorry!  I will say that the read on the clock is not good after about 2 years.  The numbers are messed up.

**Q: Does this product only work when it is plugged into the wall? Or does the wall plug just charge it?**
A: It has to be plugged in to work

This clock is great, as I already knew from using an identical model in several hotel rooms I have stayed in. Setting the time initially took a little getting used to.but this is a great clock. It’s heavy duty. The alarm works excellent. The charging ports are awesome and the extra outlets are even better. The Bluetooth speaker sounds good for a small speaker.
