Stopped working
Great idea in theory to have both WiFi and non-WiFi connection. Sadly, it stopped working after 3 months of using it. If you have e.g. kitchen appliances in between the parent unit and the camera, it looses connectivity due to interference. Also, the infrared sensor stopped working properly so it’s useless to us during the night, as there is no night vision. I can’t return the device as it’s not marked that it was delivered, but still says ‘shipped’ in my orders. Vtech technical support is also not replying to my emails. Waste of money.

Doesn’t support confidence
Battery doesn’t last a night, Struggles to connect to the camera so we leave the door open. We might as well not have one
