A little disappointed
Beautiful Wok and very large. I use it with my induction cooktop it sits very nice and flat on the cooktop. I chose this particular Circulon Wok over the other models they make because I wanted some browning to occur on my stir-fry. Unfortunately it sticks more than I would like. I think if I were to choose again I would get one of the total non-stick models they make. I Have a full set of the A1 non-stick cookware and it sits very flat and cooks beautifully, I'd probably try the wok in the A1 line.

What a fantastic wok!
I have an induction range, and bought this instead of an electric wok. I am so happy with it! It heats beautifully and evenly, and washes up with ease!

Great for glass stove tops
Daughter loved it. She can use this one on her new stove. The bottom will not scratch the stove surface.

This arrived well before the due date, it was well packaged & arrived in excellent condition. I have cooked in it today & was a bit worried that the Israeli couscous (really pasta) dish would stick , but it didn't. It was fast to heat up, cooked evenly with frequent stirring, ( nothing spilt over the sides) & was a success. Because it is so large, it made enough food for 6-8 people depending on how big a serving they wanted, with leftovers. It is not heavy at all. fitted into my sink & was very easy to clean. I highly recommend this cookware, very happy with it. Please don't use high temperatures with it. Follow the included care pamphlet.
