I've been giving the Best Naturals Brewers Yeast 500mg 240 Tablets a go and it's been a pretty positive experience. Figured I'd share my thoughts on this supplement. Good for Milk Supply!
I bought these to increase my breast milk supply, and I would say they helped for sure! I take them any time I experience a dip in my supply, and they seem to help bring it back up!!

Good for lactation
Bought these to help with my milk supply and boy did they deliver! I saw a difference within like 3 days or so. They’re super easy to swallow and have a mild taste. The only caveat is they made me and baby super gassy. Other that that, I have no complaints. I’ll likely buy more!

Didn’t help milk supply
Bought these in hopes it would help my breast milk supply. I did not see a difference.
