I bought this cutter for a year. Been adjusting the screws a few month in every time I cut. Last month the screws fell off and now it useless and even cuts worse. My beautiful soaps got ruined.

The only thing was that it didn't cut all the way to the bottom of the soap.

Product is easy to put together and use. The only downfall I found was that it doesn't cut completely through bar of soap without adding pressure to the cutting string directly. Overall it's a simple, easy to use product at an affordable price.

First use and the wire snapped. cuts uneven. when you unmold the soap and it's not hard enough there will be a lot of residue on the stand. I do not recommend this soap cutter and will return it.
