Really tasty GF and grain free, higher protein cereal for my pre-diabetic diet to replace eating my GF go to bagel. Cuts the carbs by 3/4 of the bagel carb counts.

This granola is very soft and chewy because of the banana puree. It is not crunchy like other's. It is very rich in flavor and the carefully selected ingredients are easy to digest. Of all the granolas I've tried, in my opinion, Elizabeth's are the best hands down. I'm hooked on the banana one. I'm sure the other flavors are just as good. The granola clusters are very well blended so they actually stay in clulsters, unlike others which crumble into dust by the bottom of the bag. The mix is soft as it should be to the bottom consistently.
