I bought these glutathione capsules hoping to wake up glowing like I’d just returned from a luxury spa retreat. That didn’t happen. That said, after a few weeks I did notice my skin feels softer, like “oh, that’s nice” soft, not “wow, who is this new person” soft. So there is something going on. The capsules are easy to swallow and the ingredients look clean, which I appreciate. No weird taste, no side effects for me. But in terms of dramatic results.let’s just say my mirror and I are still on normal speaking terms. Overall, it’s not bad, just not life-changing. If you’re patient and mainly after better skin texture, it might be worth a try. If you’re expecting instant glow-up energy, you may want to manage expectations (and your selfies).
