After just a month I can see big improvement in my nails. Always prefer design for health products over other brands.

As another customer noted, it used to contain 800 mg of Calcium. Now this "new formula" has only 500 mg. I initially purchased 2 bottles of 240 capsules without reviewing the label, which indicated 500mg. My bad. I returned those bottles and purchased 4, 120 capsules of what was supposed to contain 800mg per capsule. Turns out the company has changed their formula from 800mg to 500mg per capsule. It's not Amazon's fault, but be aware that the dosage from Designs For Health has changed.

This is a great mix of necessary nutrients for bone health. However, the price in June was $44 and change with my subscribe and save. Now six months later it’s 75.99?

We ordered this product because it supposedly provides 95% of the daily value for magnesium. However, Amazon shipped a similar product that supposedly provides 48% of the daily value for magnesium. A call was placed to Designs For Health, the manufacturer, and firm shared that the product is no longer offered with a 95% daily value for magnesium. So rather than telling us that the product is no longer available, someone at Amazon substituted a lesser product. The product shipped cannot be returned. However, Amazon was gracious to refund our money. If the product is not available then it should be removed from the Amazon webpage catalog.

I can’t say to what degree this helps reinforce/supplement bone growth… I took just 2 pills a day for about 2 weeks and I couldn’t breathe when I laid down, had racing heart rate and that feeling of “impending doom” and couldn’t sleep, so I stopped taking it. I broke my talus and saw good reviews and wanted to try it, but I myself cannot tolerate this supplement. If you’re also feeling this way, you’re not alone.
