I’ve purchased Celimax The Real Cica Soothing Cream multiple times because it’s fantastic! It keeps my normal skin well-moisturized, absorbs quickly, and is great under makeup. At 40+, I’ve noticed my skin looks and feels plumper and has a beautiful glow.

I use this cream whenever I have any irritation on my face/cheeks and it takes care of the redness almost instantly. My skin is soft and hydrated after using it and it is super light and not greasy at all. The quality is superb and it doesn’t leave your hands feeling gross or sticky afterwards. Everyone needs this in their skin care arsenal, especially if you’re just toning and you see some irritation afterwards.

I had tried a Cica serum that I really liked the effects of, so I decided to try another Cica product and chose this Celimax moisturizer. For context, I have dry, sensitive skin that is somewhat prone to breakouts and gets redness easily. I used this in place of my usual moisturizer, and while it was incredibly calming, not causing any kind of irritation, and did decrease overall redness, within a few hours of applying the product my skin would start feeling like I needed to reapply. I suspect that a gel cream may not be quite strong enough for my particular skin type. However I really like the soothing feeling and skin benefits of this moisturizer, so I think I'll try applying it underneath a thin layer of Cicaplast or CeraVe cream and see if using it that way can make the effects last longer. If that doesn't work, I think I will use it as a soothing hand cream, because I work in a hospital and my hands sometimes suffer irritation from the amount of times I wash them over the course of a shift at my job. I can see this product doing a great job of relieving the redness and dryness that can come from frequent hand washing.

Excellent product I used in combination with other products of the same brand and I saw good results on my skin, mi skin looks more clear soft, this product was so effective, for sure I’ll buy it again

I got this as an emergency moisturizer and i felt in love consistency is perfect it melt like water in your face and is absorbed fast by your skin. texture is smooth and has little to know smell. I use many expensive face cream such as Peter Thomas Roth Water Drench and dermatológica and this one is on that same category but has a lower price.

I've used alot, ALOT, of moisturizers since my teens. We're talking Mary Kay's timeless line, proactive green tea, loreal hydragenius for very dry skin, walmart knockoffs for clinique, cetaphil. There were days I had to apply moisturizer 5 times a day, even spaced out by 1 hrs for application. This was before rosacea. Celimax is the only skincare that truly soothes and hydrates my face. I'm too ashamed to share pics of my rosacea at its worse. But, take my word, the cica and the Noni products are unmatched. My face, including my nose, was swollen from inflammation before I began using this brands moisturizer. It has taken away much of the redness, especially when using this one and the Noni ampoule as a routine. Forget about redness correcter from cetaphil (15.99 ^ on avg), this is only a little more expensive, no reapplication, and is far more superior.

This cream might work for others but it caused an allergic reaction for me. It’s probably an individual problem but if you are allergic to hyaluronic acid then you should definitely watch out. My face and eyes were swollen for about 2 days.

This is butter to my skin. It doesn't flare my rosacea and is free of fragrance and essential oils. Light weight moturizer and leaves a silky feel.

I love this product.

Love this cream, with all the mask wearing my cheeks are red, painful, skin dry. I use this cream in am and pm and even during the day. If leaves a cooling sensation after a few mins of applying to my face. It slightly reduces the redness, the problematic areas will probably require a skin specialist. I would still recommend this product specifically red heads or fair skinned younger people to help redness in the early stages.
