Awning Cleaner and Black Streak Remover 1 Gallon Bottle

I used this product to clean our camper awning. Mold and mildew from the winter. I sprayed the awning with a spray bottle (not included) and rolled the awning up for a while. Then took a brush to it and rinsed it. Came off relatively easy. Still some brown spots, but most of the mold and mildew gone! NOTES: Were googles when spraying to protect your eyes (especially if windy) AND if it's hot outside, it can dry pretty quickly so may need to do in a couple of applications; also using a cloth to wipe down after rinsing helped a lot!

I was very surprised with this product. It really did take off the gray streaks on my camper. Worth the money

Made my gutters white again, but be careful and test it first and dilute it so it won't take the paint off your aluminum gutters.

It does clean well but not on older stains.

Do a test area first to see how it responds to your awning. Spray it in sections, let it sit, then gently power, wash it off. Worked great. Heavily spots that are stained? Let it sit a little bit longer.

I have known this product for years as being extremely efficient at cleaning travel trailers and campers. When I needed to clean my snowmobile trailer of the summer's worth of tree drippings, I knew what to get. It worked quickly with a little brushing with a car wash brush. A word to the wise though, this product is way overpriced here on Amazon. If you have a local retailer of camper supplies, I suggest looking there for this cleaner, as it can be had for roughly half the price.

Out of all of the reviews I read, including claims from the manufacturer, this product is supposed to be safe for painted surfaces. I found out that it's not. The directions on the container say to spray on and wipe off. It does not say to dilute the solution or really give any specific instruction on how to use the product other than to spray on and wipe off and that it's safe for painted surfaces. I sprayed this on my aluminum sided camper and I immediately noticed the white paint was running off. I started to spray off with water but the damage had been done. As you can see in the pictures there is bare aluminum and this product took the paint right off with no scrubbing or wiping. I didn't even let the product dwell. The only way to fix this is to repaint the camper. I do not recommend using this product on painted aluminum but it did work well on my awning.

This did a really good job on our trailer awning. It looks brand new. The white is so bright now. Sprayed on, let it set for 2 or so minutes and then brushed it and rinsed it off. In picture, the right side is before and the left side is the after. It's kind of hard to see, unless you zoom in on the picture. Worked pretty good on other spots on the trailer too.
