best purchase I ever made. I got one for my son and it was so good I bought another for my daughter. holds lots of weight and even I can ride on it. not loud at all and its battery can last for days. it goes up to 19 miles per hour giving it great power and it can fold in half for easy storage and transport. considering busying a 3rd one for myself.

The media could not be loaded. conclusion: this is a great budget scooter for predictable commutes and fun in the neighborhood.what i like about this scooter- fairly competitive price point for the motor size and solid 10" wheel.- easy assembly, ready for some fun 5 min out of the box- decent power / speed, was able to get up to 20mph quickly, and was able to climb up a fairly steep hill in my neighborhood, definitely more than 15%. that said, the speed was reduced to like 3mph and you can tell the motor is really working hard to get me up there (180lb)- rear break light flashed when under brake, good safety featureroom for improvement- the app is fairly basic. requires connection every time you power on the scooter, a bit annoying. you can do basic control on the app, but other than checking the batter level and odometer, I didn't find the app to be that useful.- the latch is fairly loose when I was trying to lock the scooter in its "folded" position. I'm not sure if it's the rear mud guard or the latch. customer support is fairly responsive (inquired on a Saturday, responded on a Sunday night, assuming it's Monday morning with Chinese sellers). I'm still waiting to see if the solution would work or not, so i'll keep this under the con section for now.really not that much issues to this scooter, and I've enjoyed several laps around the neighborhood.UPDATE 4/28. After about 2 weeks contacting the seller, I received the replacement latch, and performed the replacement steps instructed by the seller. It’s not as simple as 1-2-3. I had to disconnect the wires at one point, reconnect and use a zip tip to seal off the water proof section etc. you need some basic DIY knowledge to perform the “repair”. The solution is satisfactory, the latch is now secure and because it’s adjustable, it should solve any future issue should the parts shift/move during usage.

The scooter came well packaged and in new condition, looks well made and was easy to set up and charge. There’s an app but not a lot of features, but there is a wheel lock and trip tracker and battery health tracker. Beautiful scooter and I’m glad I chose superfun, I can’t wait to ride it!Update 7/11/24- This scooter is awesome! It has some pick me up for just being an e scooter and I can ride a long distance without running out of charge. Thing thing goes off-roading and handles small bumps well. I feel the headlight may affect the battery life a bit but it has a light and a brake light as well. Brakes are not bad but they were abit “touchy” before my partner adjusted them for me. It’s reliable and easy to store in my trunk it’s so cool. The manual says time to charge 4-5 hrs but I don’t charge it to 100%- I just figure, like the Electric vehicles that I’ve rented in the past, that the speed of charging will greatly reduce to a slow charge after it reaches 80%- it’s not good for the battery and so I try to only let it charge 80-90% (about 3.5 hours) . Still I get a decent range and it has a lot more power than I expected, fun for the whole family and it’s a great way to get around nearby without wasting gas plus it’s a ton of fun!Edit:7/26: E scooter is so much fun! The battery is powerful, one charge will take you far, depending on the terrain and weight etc. I haven’t driven it all the way to it dying yet but am 150 lbs and able to travel 8 miles round trip to the store and I will still have 3 bars left when I get back home. This scooter is pretty fast and has great tires that are solid, the suspension is decent enough but it can still get a bit bouncy in grassy patches and turning is a little tricky but again it’s dependent on your terrain. On sidewalk it glides very smoothly and is quiet. Get this scooter!Edit 9/21/24: I ride this scooter almost everyday to pick my daughter up from school and just for fun. Added a kids set of handlebars- an attachment that fits nice so we can both hop on and go. No issues the ride is still smooth and the battery lasts for 10 to 15 miles before needing a charge, I take it off road occasionally also. I remembered that the company promised to send me a “free gift” after purchase and I never recieved this gift so I will be taking off a star for the lack of customer service. That and there are no regen braking or suspension other than the larger tires

This scooter has worked well for us. I love the thick tires you don't have to worry about going flat, it rides smoothly, and goes fast. I did have to return the first one they sent us as the charging port was warped and it would make a sound, but the return and replacement went smoothly and we have not had any issues with this one. We have had it about 8 months and so far so good! it would be great if they had a built in welded on hole where a lock could be easily placed through as locking these up is difficult. It is easily foldable to lift and put in the car and is comfortable for my daughter to use.
