This magnesium supplement is great qualityi have used other magnesium supplements but this one works great. I get great sleep and have no more cramps. Woth every penny.

Good product. Did not give diarrhea and is the best form of magnesium.

Slight improvement with sleep with these. No stomach upset taking right before bed. Was worried to order from amazon because of the reviewers getting obviously used bottles. Local stores were completely out of this brand. My bottle arrived just fine was still sealed inside and out.

I was having terrible foot, ankle and leg cramps due to a statin I take. I tried this and it seems to help quite a bit. I have reordered it and will continue to use it.

Great source of magnesium. I use them mostly for sleeping and my restless leg syndrome. I notice when I skip them that I tend to experience my symptoms. Be sure to keep up on your water intake when supplementing!

These are Amazing; I've tried other brands, but wanted to give these a try since they scored high on SuppCo app showing: Free from Artificial Flavors, Colors & Fillers & 3rd party certified. They've helped me nightly, with relaxing for sleep and helping me with deep sleep as well. I now have my sweet elderly mother taking these too & they're helping her just the same, however, she takes her earlier in the day to help with blood pressure and relaxtion. On my 3rd bottle now, highly recommend!
