There are plenty of hologram fans out there for which you'll experience better setup instructions, quality, video options, etc . . . for a lot of money. This one is perfect for the price and at the least, to get your feet wet in holographic fan technology. Regarding setup, I found that after I connected my iPhone to the fan in the phone settings, I had to close and re-open the app in order for the fan to show up in the app. Alternatively, you can keep the app closed, open settings to connect to the fan, and then open the app to see the fan appear. I also purchased MissYou's desktop stand on which I saw had the "frequently returned" tag but I found it easy to setup and use. Both the fan and the stand lack instructions but the videos posted here on Amazon got me through all the steps to get up and running (except for the connection thing I pointed out above). For the money, once you have it up and running, the video is spectacular!

I can't begin to tell you how disappointed I am with this stand (I'm being nice). I was looking forward to displaying my 3d fan but this garbage company sent me the dumbest build I've ever seen. First off I'm missing the connection piece from the stand to the fan, they bore extra holes from where they messed up the drilling, and the instructions are anything but helpful. But it's from China so no help from customer service, and materials are cheap.

5 star only because it does what I wanted at a good price point. It could definitely be better. Forgive the mess! 4 grandkids here on a Saturday morning! Pic #1- The list of items doesn't match what's in the box. I pressed on. Pic #2- I am always impressed by multilingual people, but these could definitely use some help! My degree is electronic engineering technology and my daughter is a FAA licensed airplane mechanic. We both had headaches. Pic #3- The piece that you mount the fan to came with my fan and is NOT a part of this stand purchase. Pic #4- This is what the back looks like. These screws are WAY too long for no reason. Pic #5- With the fan mounted. Easy to assemble once I got the directions figured out. Could use some better directions and an accurate "what's included" list. Does the job!

This product sucks. You have to download an app that isn't allowed. Due to the fact it is from China and the app stores don't know when they'll have it, so it's useless. Soooooo disappointed. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

I received the product quickly. Solid aluminum alloy support and tempered glass support. Assembled these parts, but found the plastic support broken and a metal part added not explaining its use. We reviewed the instructions and they were out of date. We also reviewed youtube and found the same problem. Recommend updating the instructions for assembly. We had to use a 3D printed part to mount the hologram fan.

Works very good. Although, programmable images are very limited, and some are oriental orientated.

Very simple to put together & holds fan perfectly in place

Please know this is JUST the stand for the hologram, the hologram is sold separately from the same seller. These products work together flawlessly to create a beautiful display piece! I emailed the seller my logo and they created this 3D rendering for free! This is going to be so amazing at my trade show booth. I will say, the instructions are not clear, all the pieces you need are there, but it takes a while to figure out how to put it together but after a while you will get it. I recommend this stand for your hologram base!

Plus de 700 rien charger sur la sd donc ça surf sur une vingtaine de fichiers bin introuvable sur le net le pied n est pas du tout adapté à cette hélice holographique et si j avais su même a 40€ je ne l aurai pas pris ! Quand a l hélice un peu bruyant pas beaucoup de chose et un tuto très médiocre pour les francophones pour ça je ne recommande pas du tout cette chose surtout pour ce prix là !!!

Da gehe ich fon aus das das Do wie es abgebildet ist gekauft habe ich hatte nur den Lüfterständer ich gehe davon aus das multifunktionsbassis ein anfang für ein 3d hologramm ist und das immer erweitern kann oder fehlt was bei meiner Sendung was sonst ist das kein Preis für so ein Ständer ich bin enttäuscht

Absolut großartig! Eine ganz tolles Produckt mit sehr guter Aufmerksamkeit. Nur die umprogramierung ist für einen Leihen etwas schwer. Ich arbeite mit einem Mac und da geht es wohl nicht so gut. Aber, das hatt der Begeisterung keinerlei Abbruch gemacht. Spitze auch in der Verarbeitung und im Material.
