Akkermansia is all the rage because it’s found in the guts of skinny people. This is too expensive in my humble opinion for a single organism product though. If I take a probiotic, I want multiple organisms offered in the formulation. Also, I guess it never quite colonizes in the gut…so you have to keep buying it!

This is a slow goes it. I started off and got horrible stomach aches. Let your gut acclimate and follow instructions. Slow start makes for the best result and your gut will stay happy

I took Pendulum Akkermansia for an entire year. I needed to heal my guy and was happy to buy a product thst promised results. Last month I did a biome test and it came back with ZERO Akkermansia. After $700, I wasted my money. I reached out to the company twice and it took them nearly 4 weeks to get back with me. Their tips were unhelpful since this was a doctor prescribed microbiome test of good quality. I had adjusted my diet to feed and protect my gut flora. I have plenty of variety of organisms but the Akkermansia was MIA. If you buy this product, I suggest you get tested after 6 months to make sure the product is viable before you waste too much money.

If these were the bees knees for gut health I didn't notice any change. They came so highly hyped and were costly too.
