Wearing this knee wrap really helps a lot, by supporting the knee and giving the cyst area proper compression to prevent fluid build-up. I've used Nikken products for many years, and they do not disappoint. It feels rather hot in summer weather but is otherwise reasonably comfortable. This one seems a bit snugger than the one I bought last year. Wearing it every day for 10-11 months has worn out the stretch. I recommend this product for knee issues.
