Been taking these almost every day for three months I take them morning with shilajit omega 3 and beef liver capsules from New Zealand. I feel fantastic! Noticeably more energy better focus and memory.

I take 2-3 a day and I noticed I feel more focused. Wish they could seal capsules better so you can't smell or taste them. It is tolerable kind of floral.

I believe it works. I've had no negative effects from it.
