Love it!
The taste is strong enough to get your attention but not too strong you would not want it. The amount you pay is perfect for it and it blends really well with Miss's Mary Syrups which are completely organic.

Hot Cocoa
Review is for Hot Cocoa. This is a nice large bag of powder to make hot/iced chocolate. The instructions say to make on stovetop so that takes away from the ease of making. You just need milk and the powder mixes easily. Just be careful on the stovetop to not overheat because it'll clump. Overall drink was very rich and full of chocolate flavor and was good iced or hot. However for the price and effort, I don't know that the taste was all that much better than the easy make hot cocoa mixes that you can make right in your cup without a stovetop. If you are really picky about your cocoa maybe give this a try and see if there's a big difference and it's worth it for you as it pretty rich and thick.

Disgusting whitish smelling dust-powder
I bought this in the past at a much lower price. But this last time, it was completely different, the color of whatever crappy powder they put in it was much lighter and it smelled so bad. Whatever they did changing the product is awful. Do not be fooled buying this. It is nothing but overpriced dirt or dust. Terrible taste and terrible smell. They can be as greedy as they like but will end up with far less customers because of the new, whatever dust, they put in it. It is nauseating!

Delicious Vanilla Flavor, Easy to Make
I'm reviewing Franzese Vanilla Frappe, Makes 18 servings, 1 Bag. This blends up to a delightful frozen vanilla drink. I added a bit of caramel sauce on top (see photo). It makes more than what's in the cup. The recipe calls for blending 4 oz milk, 6 oz ice cubes, and 3 tbsp vanilla frappe mix. Following the recipe, I found that it was just a little too thick to blend properly and another splash of milk thinned it down enough to blend completely. The vanilla is present, but not too strong. When I think of frappes, I generally think of a coffee drink, but there's no coffee in this mix, which suits me since I'm not a coffee drinker. I make smoothies regularly and found this easy to use and make. This mix uses non GMO ingredients and natural flavors. I've included a photo of the ingredient list. It comes in a handy zippered resealable bag. The month on the use by date is blurred and not readable, but the rest is 27/2006. This is so delicious that it won't have a chance of lasting anywhere near 2026. The packaging shows that this makes 18 servings, so at $24.95 that comes to $1.39 per serving plus a half cup of milk. That's not bad for a little indulgence, especially compared to getting a similar drink at a cafe. As a side note, this Franzese Vanilla Frappe is made in the USA.

Tasty, refreshing drink with just the right balance between sweet and sour
This is a tasty, refreshing drink. Just the right amount of sweet and sour. There was only the slightest amount of aftertaste. This is good for a treat a few times a week, but a little heavy on the calories for a daily drink unless I'm substituting it for breakfast. I made this with oak milk instead of 2% milk. Even after adding the crushed ice, I found it was a little too thick. I thinned it out with a little more water and ice. That worked out well.

Not good
I expected it to taste sweeter, like gas station cappuccino or the old suisse mocha powder. Since this was pretty pricey I thought it would have a rich, sweet frappe taste. It's nowhere close to a frappe from a floofy coffee shop. The mocha flavor has a slight bitter taste that I like in a frappe, but without the sweet to balance it out, it fell flat. Unimpressed, especially since it's so expensive. Another complaint is that while I love the container, once I cut the wrapper to open the lid, the entire wrapper comes off, including the directions. I immediately forgot how much powder to add haha. I'll finish it out, maybe adding it to a small but of cold brew and a splash of sweetened creamer, but wouldn't buy again or recommend to a friend. (Kiwi for scale)

Good flavor! Easy to make! Great to have on hand!
The "Franzese Vanilla Frappe | Imported from Italy, Authentic Italian Kit | Create Homemade Frappe in Minutes - Just Add Milk and Ice & Blend. (Gluten Free. Made with Non-GMO ingredients, Makes 20 servings, Retail Bag - 1 pack" has a great taste. I appreciate the Frappe powder tastes wonderful and is easy to make. The directions say to combine 3 TBL of the mix with 2% milk in a blender. Add approx. 6oz of ice and blend. Aside from normal preparations I have also used soya powder & water instead of milk. I've used the powder alone with iced water and crushed ice. It's had good flavor no matter how I have prepared it. A delicious way to cool off on a hot day. Part of the nutrition label is covered by another image on the listing, so I included the information from my bag. The following is just for the powder.
