I really like the flavor of this superfood greens berry. I usually add a little lemon 🍋 and it’s very tasty. It absorbs in water pretty well, cold water dissolves the powder best. There is very little grit left although you can see some remnants of the veggies or beet roots. The good thing is you don’t taste veggies. I have found that my digestive system has gotten a boost from one drink daily. The size is good and worth the money. I mix a 16 oz water and lemon and chill it inside a blender bottle. Great drink at work good energy thru the day.

This is more of an initial review. I love the ingredients to this product so I had to try it. After a few days in, I’m not disappointed. Still too early to tell yet tho. I’m also new to green shake mixes. I know very well what is good and what isn’t good in ingredients, and most of these ingredients are awesome. Some I have no experience with but many I’ve had individually and they’re great. Only odd thing I’ve noticed since I started taking this supplement is that my stools are the same color as this supplement and every other stool is half runny. Might be a normal thing for those that don’t eat a lot of greens. I know salads always tear me up lol. But because of my lack of veggies in my meals is why I wanted to start taking these shakes. I’m also saving money with this supplement. It replaces many. I wanted to give 5 stars on this review cause so far my experience has been positive. I will give a long term review once I have more experience with it. Also when I asked about the warning label for cali stating cancer risks, this company responded quickly with why. It’s not from the ingredients or the amount like some of the reviews mention. It’s more of what may or may not be in the soil that the veggies grow in. Like there may be too much lead or whatever in the soil. Nothing we can control there. If you're concerned about that then you might as well stop eating fresh produce lol. Ok this is getting long. I’ll be back in about 6 months for a long term review. Enjoy!

Finally something that actually improves your health and you actually noticed it. With other products that claim to make you healthier, you have to just trust that it's doing something good to your body. I've been taking this product for close to a year now and within a week you will notice an improvement in your health. This actually makes you feel like you did in your teens. You can sleep less and still feel good. You recover faster from your workouts and your endurance is on another level. You also notice an improvement in the bedroom. I've gone on and off this product just to be sure that it's this that's making me feel better. When I stop taking this for a week and sometimes more, I still feel good. But when I take this I feel great. This makes me wonder if other brands just puts chalk or other chemicals because I've never noticed any improvements and I'm also talking about vitamins. I'm now a true believer in this company and all of their products. Another one that I like is their Hydracharge, and Pre-Kage Sport for intense cardio. The Clean Burn powder is a great substitute for coffee. It gives you energy that lasts for hours.
