The company failed to take the necessary precautions to ship the product securely, neglecting to use snow, Styrofoam, or bubble wrap to safeguard the wood inside the cardboard box. Shipping this wooden box without any protective cushioning risks damaging it. The box itself is poorly made as the hinges aren’t screwed in place and the stapledThe company did not take adequate measures to ensure the safe shipment of the product, overlooking the use of snow, Styrofoam, or bubble wrap to protect the wood inside the cardboard box. Sending this wooden box without any form of cushioning poses a risk of damage. Additionally, the box is poorly constructed, as the hinges are not securely screwed and the ribbon that prevents the lid from falling back is stapled to the inside of the box. Expensive price for cheap product.
