Love this! The chocolate flavor smells and tastes great, and the shake has a smooth, creamy consistency that’s easy to drink. When I drink these consistently as a breakfast replacement, they keep me full after early morning runs all the way until lunch. With 25g of protein and a reasonable calorie count, they’re perfect for staying energized and on track. Packaging is convenient for grab-and-go mornings. Highly recommend!

I mix this Muscle Milk with one cup of Darigold FIT 0% fat free milk(90 calories, 14g protein), for a total of 250 calories and 39g protein. This Muscle Milk fills me up, tastes good and gives me the protein I need for a complete meal when I mix it with fat free milk. This really works for me when I don’t have time to eat. I also like that it’s sugar free.

I've tried several protein shakes over the years. Fairlife is my favorite but it's twice as expensive as MM. This is rich and creamy and tastes really good. I will be buying more

If you're lactose intolerant (like me) you need a protein drink that doesn't have milk listed as the first or second ingredient. This product is great for my gut, but not so much for my taste buds. I don't hate, but don't love the taste and there's a bit of an aftertaste I'm trying to figure out as well.
