Dosage is confusing. 12 tablets if I eat a serve of lasagna? That is a very expensive meal. I have had one cap before eating bread and each time I have had night time acid reflux. Others have said similar but have experience additional symptoms. I suggest you start low dose and gradually increase. If you get reflux, stop taking them.

I have only used for a short time. I have eaten from foods, that have not been prepared by myself and I start to get a small pain in my side, that does not go away, this is my signal of gluten and perhaps worse to come. I have taken a capsule of GlindinX sometimes two, depending on how intense, and amazingly the pain disappears. I would recommend others with Celiac Disease to give it a try. Others that prepare foods, although they try, do not know how careful we have to be.

Truly a lifechanger for someone with Celiac. It won't let you eat a loaf of bread or anything, but it will prevent cross-contamination and digest a small amount of gluten without any side-effects. Considering how the vast majority of food these days is cross-contaminated, I went from feeling awful all the time to rarely feeling sick most days. Short of a cure for Celiac, this is the best you're gonna get.

I'm severely symptomatic as a Celiac. After being glutened, it is six days of a nightmare followed by multiple weeks of misery. Eating out is Russian Roulette, literally.
