I recently received this product and plan to purchase it again. It appears to be a quality product and an honest effort to make the benefits of Sea Buckthorn available to those familiar with its benefits. I encourage the seller to switch to Aloe Macroclada for the Aloe variety shots. I hope my stem cells appreciate the product.

I'm sold on these. I bought several of the 3-bottle boxes, then switched to the bigger box. 1. After doing my research was impressed by the remarkable amount of nutrition packed into sea buckthorn. 2. Have seen positive effects on skin (although I didn't buy it for this reason) that were surprising. (Like diminishing the profile of a large mole on my face, to being almost flat.) Also my face just looks healthier. 3. I'm a boomer and concerned to keep my eye health, so I'm happy to get the excellent beta carotene source here. 4. Unusual taste: cross between citrus + veggie juice. I pour 1/2 bottle on ice, then add Pineapple-Orange-Banana juice and a splash of Blueberry-Pomegranate. Recently I started adding a bit of matcha green tea powder, and it works with the other flavors. I have a bad habit of drinking lots of diet soda so I figure for what I save in not buying that I can certainly afford these.

I'd never heard of sea buckthorn before, so I was immediately curious and ordered it right away. I decided to take all 12 daily shots before providing an opinion. But first I want to mention that the shots were very well packed with each one individually wrapped in bubble wrap. The presentation is also nice as each shot comes in a small glass bottle that gives it a high-quality, almost clinical vibe. Sadly, all the other reviews are correct about the taste. The smell is not very pleasant and it's very, very tarty. After trying to sip the first bottle, I decided to just down it in one go with a chaser of something really sweet like apple juice. I did that with the rest as well. Based on the taste alone, this is not something you'd want to take if you do see any benefits from it. Thankfully, it did provide me with a slight boost in energy and mental clarity. Nothing crazy, but noticeable. Is it enough to make up for the taste and relatively high cost at more than $4 a pop? Unfortunately, that's something only you can judge for yourself by trying it. Supplements in general affect people differently. For me, this did enough that I'd consider getting it again, even at the high price.

These bottles arrived well sealed although they have no safety seal. I do recommend shaking them before consuming as some of the contents settle inside the bottles. I can't say that I've noticed any miraculous effects from this juice, however like any berry juice, I'm sure it is loaded with antioxidants and is good for my health. The taste is very intense and strong, comparable to drinking a shot of apple cider vinegar. It is sour but not unpleasant. This product probably would have enjoyed better reviews if it had been listed in the Vitamins and Supplements Section instead of Grocery and Gourmet. This is a product you would consume as a supplement for your health, not something you'd drink for pleasure like a glass of orange juice every morning.

Can I say I would use this again? No. I haven't noticed anything that would make me continue getting these and drinking them. It's nice to know I'm getting vitamin C and immune support and as an enjoyer of health-shots and energy shots, It's just as good but not my preferred. I don't get any boost of energy, though I do have coffee every morning and have this at around 4pm. As for vitamin c and immunity and those effects, I do think it's impacting my immunity because I struggle with that so you can 100% tell when it changes for the better. I didn't notice anything in that side until 5 or 6 days in which is how long it should take in effect if using these daily. The taste is good, yes VERY SOUR, but I actually kind of like it. It feels like a thicker juice, almost like a smoothie or milk. I like the basic 100% juice ingredients and fruit. But again I don't think I would continue this after I run out just for the immune support.

I knew not to expect a tasty flavor from this kind of elixir shot, and my expectation was correct. This sea buckthorn shot is intense and tart—not everyone will like the taste. But again, this isn’t about seeking good flavor; it’s about getting the full benefits of this healthful fruit. Although it wasn’t easy for me to drink, I appreciated the idea of consuming a good amount of sea buckthorn in a single shot. Of course, I can’t verify all the benefits claimed, but I could almost taste those bursting health properties. I don’t doubt the potential of fresh sea buckthorn, so this is probably the closest and most authentic experience you can get. Price-wise, it’s not cheap, but even at close to $5 per shot, I think it’s more than worth it.

I am glad for this product as it provides a wealth of nutrition, however it tastes like the taste in your mouth after throwing up. I am wondering if someone purposely threw up and put it in the glass jars and then refrigerated it and shipped them to me like that.

Great quality product and I like that they come in individual sized glass bottle portions. I had not tried to Sea Buckthorne before & did not realise how strong the taste would be 😳

It was excited that I could buy it from UK. It is not usual to get it from out of China. Taste okay, but not good as the product from China.

So I’ve just finished a 12 pack of daily shots of Organic Sea Buckthorn Juice and I actually feel so much better for it. I have to admit I found the taste absolutely vile so divided one between two days. Otherwise I gagged 🤭 Even so they’ve had a positive effect on me. I have seen increased energy levels and even my skin is much clearer. The bottles arrived wrapped in bubble wrap in a recyclable container which I thought was great! They don’t need to be in the fridge unless opened so storage is easy! Whilst pricey I will definitely continue as so far I’m impressed with the little results already! I bet they’re even better during the winter months!

I ordered this energy booster to see if it would act as a pick me up. It certainly tastes like it should do this. After the initial eye watering sourness, it leaves a surprisingly refreshing aftertaste. It is is not unpleasant, however it is not exactly yummy either. It is strongly citrus like in flavour. I have been using it for three days now, still usure if it making any difference. I will continue to use it though. I have read up about Sea buckthorn and it's benefits, and there is good evidence that there are many health benefits of taking sea buckthorn as a supplement.
