I was VERY excited to receive this product! I have only ever used it as carry-on luggage. I am giving it a one-star rating because it only held up for 9 months. I did not purchase the three year warranty and am wondering if the company will do anything as it has been less than a year of purchase.

I love that this carry-on has handles on the top sides and on the bottom. I’m not that tall and when I’m on the plane it’s helpful to have a handle on the backside of the suitcase so I can pull it down from the overhead. My only complaint is, I thought it would be, more of a forest green instead of olive green but it’s still nice looking

Good bag strong on most points. Shell, wheels, inside space, all very good. Weak point plastic piece that connects the Handel to the metal telescoping handlebars. It snapped off with only 9 mounts of use. If you travel once a mount or less good bag. But if your a weekly traveler not so good. Last point and most important point I could not find any contact info for seller site.

Love that this is so easy to push. It glides beautifully and quality made! love the overall design and how everything in carefully considered.
