Got this along w another rnursery toy and I loved it...it was neutral for the gender/nongender of an infant. But be careful because th either most piece, a child could put in their mouth, maybe not swallow, but definitely a possible choking hazzard.

This rainbow toy is a must have in your infants toy box. My son is 7 months old, and absolutely adores this toy. He can't use it to build yet but plays with it constantly. The silicone material makes it safe for him to chew on and easily washable.

It looks like wood but it’s plastic. I love it!

I use this for decor in our playroom as my kids are too old to play with it now, but it comes apart easily and is a softer material. I bought because I went with a neutral color rainbow theme and love the color. My only issue is that once you take it apart it doesn’t seem to sit “straight” again, but if used for just a toy for kids then that is not really an issue.
