Great phone clip
Great phone holder. This is the first one I've purchased that's out of the way of the windshield and doesn't break, pop off, or break the a/c vents.

Fits 2005 Honda CR-V
Fits decent on the dash hood of my 2005 CR-V. I have it on the far right side and it doesn't sit flush like in the pictures, but it's still snug and hold my phone just fine. It would only sit flush on the very top middle, but it's way too big for it NOT to be distracting, so I recommend putting it on the far right/left instead. The adjustable ball joint lets me rotate my phone in whatever angle I need which is very convenient. The overall build quality is very nice, no harsh edges and no flimsy plastic parts. The phone holder itself feels very sturdy and it holds my heavy Iphone 13 just fine. I do wish the release button was on the back instead of the side, but it's not too big of an issue. In order to mount this to your car you need to stick the velcro onto your dash, which I'm not too big a fan of since I'm scared it'll melt off and cause damage. That's the only main worry I have for this phone holder and I'm very happy with my purchase otherwise!

Does the job intended very well.
ok.. so far , its a great product. i had something "similar" before this one. it did a great job, but left on the dash in the Florida sun, it soften, warps and lost its clamping force on the dash. ( not planning to find out if this does better) but this one looks to be a lot sturdier and it had tension adjustments for the supporting arm as well as the head that holds the phone. i use it with a repurposed Galaxy Note 3 with a case as a OBDC reader and it hold the phone nicely.. if its able to support the Note 3 with case.. it will fit 99% of phones out there.. id dare say 100% but you never know. the release mechanism is great.. make it A LOT easier than if it was spring loaded and you had to separate the jaws. after a week of use, i definitely recommend it. oh.. last note. this is being used in a 2005 scion Tc.. the dash/gauges in this car are not flat at all. the kit does come with velcro pads you can stick to the dash to make it more secure.. its a nice addition.. im not using the velcro but still nice to have and would definitely make the holder alot sturdier if you needed it...

Nice product but dash over and under need to be flat. Mine isn’t so it won’t stay clamped on. Too unlevel

Best Phone Holder I've Tried
I've tried several phone holders in my 2015 Ford F150 and this one works perfectly. It clips to my dash above the steering wheel and holds the IPhone13 Pro in a very visible position without blocking my view of the road. It stays in place with the velcro pad. The extension arm is short and sturdy. the whole unit vibrates with road bumps but does not move or come loose. I transfer it between my F150 and my Subaru Forester without any problems. It also attaches to the dash above the steering wheel and stays in place in my 2016 Forester. I don't know how this fits other vehicles, but if it does fit I'll bet you'll like it.

Easy to keep your eyes on the road AND check directions. Holds S22 Ultra securely.
Love the concept. It is a heads up display that makes what you need to see readily available. How much of the road just above your hood is blocked depends on how you adjust your seat and or how tall you are. But didnt seem like a problem while driving. I found installing it a bit inboard of center balanced things out nicely. Product is very well made and thought out. They supplied some velcro to put on the dash if instrument cluster cowling underside sloped too much. However, despite some slope on mine, I didn't need it for a secure hold. Before driving I placed my s22 ultra in the holder and turned it upside down. Despite my dwliberate shaking, it stayed in position securely gripped by the side arms. While driving I targeted train tracks and rough roads. All remained secure. It placed far enough away from steering wheel that your hands don't run into it. Cons: not really a negative, but if it could be placed about a half inch lower it would open up the outside view. As it is it worked fine and for a phablet like the s22 ultra its a close call. However, smaller phones, like the s10 would benefit from a shorter rise. Overall, great product and I'm glad I have it.

It just didn't work in my vehicle.
It does not work. It is impossible for it to adapt to most vehicles since almost all of them have different shapes and it is impossible for it to fit all of them. It may be that it will work in yours, but at least in mine, in my wife's and in other friends' that I tried to give it to after it didn't work for me, it doesn't work in any of them. Luckily, he brought the small $0.5 press for the air conditioning window, that cheap little press that I could get anywhere for less than $1, that worked for me.

Significantly damaged truck's dashboard instrument cluster bezel
My review below is my experience with this product. However I am changing the rating to 4 stars because I was contacted by the seller and informed they were going to provide me with a refund and they thanked me for honest review. I did not ask the seller for a refund as it was passed the return window when the damages occurred. I wanted to point that out because the seller reached out to me to make it right and didnt ask for anything in return. I highly recommend this seller the product I'd caution the use if your dash isn't solid. I had it on a 2005 F-150 and overtime it caused my dash to crack because the clamps retention strength. This product damaged my truck's instrument cluster bezel dashboard. It doesn't allow you to adjust the strength in which in grips to the dash and because of that over the time of a few months it has cracked my dash rather significantly I will update this review with pictures soon. Very disappointed will not recommend.
