Sauna Sweat Suit for Women/Men Exercise Weight Loss Gym Fitness Workout

This sweat suit does the job. It's not the most durable, but it's good for about 3 months of regular use. Good for wrestlers, I imagine. My son uses it to make weight before boxing matches. He says it's comfortable and gives him a good sweat.

Garbage. Waste of money. My son wore it once. It ripped while he was putting it on! You get what you pay for. Don’t waste your money!!! Pay a little extra and get one that lasts.

The tops are fine the bottoms ripped like paper towel.

Very poor quality product - extremely thin material. Gray suit was ripped when taken out of the ppacket. Black was never arrived. Save your money.

It's very good for weight loss for people who can't lose weight easily.

Works

Make sure you go 2 sizes up if you want to be able to actually exercise and not just walk. I went up 1-2 sizes and it’s tight around the thigh area. It makes it hard to do squats or anything that would require extra movement of your bottom half without ripping the material.
