It was 1 rolled up 6.5ft piece. I had to cut to fit. Worked great.

Can this be used without the adhesive? Is there a white version?

Hello. I can answer the first part, yes it can be used without the adhesive but I do not know if it comes in white. What I would say is go to the item and scroll down to the bottom. It usually shows like items so you may find a white version by doing that. Hope that helps you out!

Is this product waterproof?

Yes. This product is waterproof. Used it in the winter time to seal the gap between the windshield of a Jeep and the hardtop. Worked well.

Even though i use foam like this, i still get tiny bugs and little spiders in around ac units. did you find that this foam keeps bugs out? thank you.
